Main Responsibilities
- ● Build, develop and grow the sales and profits globally
- ● Build and deliver annual plans for growing global business
- ● Work with R&D, Marketing, Product and Finance Teams etc. to make and execute integrated business plans for growth and profits
- ● To work cross functionally with internal Landy teams to support the market strategies
- ● Excellent at forecasting, managing, and developing sales capabilities across the region
- ● Drive effective channel strategy implementation to accelerate sales growth and optimize its profitably in line with the market goals
- ● Responsible for providing monthly sales and reporting to international business leaders

● Experience
- ◇ Establish the strongest commercial relationships with key customers
- ◇ Build network of business relationships
- ◇ Lead negotiations and annual meetings with key customers
- ◇ Manage multi-channel business structure to maximize profits
- ◇ Working with the Landy logistics team to make sure of adequate stock levels
● Skills
- ◇ Appreciation and understanding of key international high fashion beauty and lifestyle markets
- ◇ Evidence of mastering the outstanding selling skills
- ◇ Track record of having earned respect and confidence of customer/distributors/retail partners in previous roles
- ◇ Possess own high-quality and worldwide sales channel and resources
- ◇ Excellent at customer relationship management
- ◇ Able to work in, fast-paced and challenging environment
